The Ember 3 No. 99 replacement blade is made of a2 tool steel that is hardened 60-62 Rockwell, cryogenic treated, and fully surface ground. This cutting iron is longer than the Stanley and will fit the Lie Nielsen No 99 side rabbet plane.
